Details:

RFC and every other app states that when a command unknown to the client is
entered by a user it should be sent to the irc server un modified.

The irc server is responsible for handling unknown commands and providing the
error message for them.

Not doing this breaks support for anyone who makes command aliases in the
servers config files. Not just /ns or /nickserv, but other command aliases.
Like the ones on my server with common gline reasons and times. (/gbanevade
/gspam /gdisobay etc...)
