Details:

By default, weechat 0.3.2 fills in the realname field by pulling this
information from the system. This is not something the user is informed of in
any way, shape or form, and something they might not even know exists. In
particular, for certain hostmasks, the combination of username + hostmask can
be enough to uniquely identify the person. This is an obvious security risk;
therefore, the realname field should not be set by default.
