Details:

I have the idea that it would be useful to have some nicks not trigger buffer
activity display when such nick(s) say(s) something or perform(s) an action. 
Optionally this could also include highlight matches.

This would be useful e.g. for bots that regularly send messages to a channel,
so one would not have to ignore these bots in order to see other activity in
the same channel when viewing another channel.
