Details:

OpenBSD 5.0 has integrated libutf8 and no longer needs special OpenBSD ifdefs
for UTF8.

The fix: 

comment out OpenBSD ifdefs from: wee-utf8.h, wee-string.c.
comment out CMakeLists.txt's 3 UTF8 lines
add line to CMakeLists.txt LIST(APPEND EXTRA_LIBS "pthread")
