Details:

Some IRC daemons (namely Unreal, possibly others) can be extremely noisy with
their arguments (e.g. +f [7j#R20,15m#m5,7n#N20,7t]:10). It would be useful to
be able to hide *all* mode arguments, not just channel keys, in bars which
hold channel mode information.
