Details:

It would be convenient to be able to handle logging manually when one wishes
to log specific windows, as autolog lacks any form of exclusion.

An example interface for this feature would be:
/log open -auto freenode/#zsnes ~/logs/$network/$channel/%Y/%m/%d.log
/log close freenode/#zsnes
...and so on.

(Using the autolog path would work as well and would probably be preferred
from my POV.)
