Details:

Scenario:

 * A channel has both "FlashCode" and "[FlashCode]" in it
 * weechat.completion.partial_completion_other is set to 'on'
 * weechat.completion.nick_ignore_chars includes '['.
 * The user types 'Flash' and triggers /input complete_next

The expected behaviour is that it will leave 'Flash' as is, and just fill the
completion item with the nick completion suggestions.

Instead it will erase the typed word ('Flash'), while offering the completion
suggestions.
