Details:

Would it be possible to make the path for the gnutls_ca_file that is hardcoded
in core/wee-config.c configurable via cmake or something?

At least under OpenBSD it's not /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt, but
/etc/ssl/cert.pem.
