Details:

When you want to address multiple people in a channel, typically you type part
of one person's nick, hit TAB, then it completes the nick and adds ': '.  If
at this point you pressed ',' it would be really nice if it automatically
replaced ': ' with ', '.  This way you could easily build a message like
"alice, bob, charlie: hello" simply by typing:

   al <TAB> ,b <TAB> ,ch <TAB> hello
