Follow-up Comment #3, bug #41558 (project weechat):
I built version 0.4.3 for Cygwin two days ago, but only for 32-bit cygwin (I
don't have 64-bit machine any more to build packages).
And I forgot to send announcement on mailing list, will do it now.
Can you try to run WeeChat in Linux (or any other free OS like BSD), to check
if the problem is specific to Cygwin (which is possible)?
I recommend to not run WeeChat on Cygwin if you can, it is very slow and not
as comfortable as Linux. Even if you run WeeChat in a virtual machine on
Windows (running Linux), it will be a lot faster than Cygwin.
