Summary: Default attack when both are equal is will be the one where the
retaliation does less damage
Original Submission: That is, when the player initiates an attack, the attack
that's selected at first on the attack dialog.
I tried to make the code as good as I could; tell me if there's something wrong
with it. I tested it and it worked fine: non-strong Elvish Rangers (7-4 ranged
and melee) by default attack in the way that they take less damage, and normal
units still by default attack with their most damaging attacks. (based on 0.8.8)
