The four forward speed synchromesh transmission with positive floor change lever and smooth clutch make this automobile quite easy to operate. Does not compete with the modern bikes my friends prefer. I slowly painted things and rebuilt the engine and it turned out to be a pretty good looking bike. The quantum leap in technology was staggering. The current cans are stainless replacements of originals which due age rusted out. Sorry about the poor quality but at that time I only had a small pocket Kodak. As you can clearly see it was time to get it the hell out of there!
Suprisingly, the experts came to the conclusion that the black bike was easier to spot in daylight and dark. Mine needs a carbie float bowl - help! The current cans are stainless replacements of originals which due age rusted out. Re-built engine with new cam chain, pistons and rings, some bearings and seals replaced.
The front disc brakers offer superior reliability in braking performance at high speeds. New Laminated windscreen.
Seats original vinyl. Frame, motor, fork, wheels and brakes are original.

Still lots to do before she is perfect.
