Although this PR is closed, I've comment here. I too get a:
```
15:57:03.578 gnutls_handshake: (-110) The TLS connection was non-properly 
terminated. (errno=9)
```

with a brand new GnuTLS :sleepy:. The cmd-line is:
```
-d --no-config --no-local-db --max-threads=1 --prefer-family=ipv4 
--no-proxy --timeout 10 
--ca-certificate=F:/MingW32/src/inet/Web/wget2/tests/certs/x509-ca-cert.pem 
--no-ocsp --https-enforce=hard "http://localhost:51307/index.html"; 2>&1
```

 Something to do with Windows and how sockets are *mis-handled* by either 
GnuTLS or GnuLib. I'm no idea really.
