/? instead of --h

Most command line programs or instructions in Windows will print their help if the /? parameter is provided. Which will crash with that parameter. This is happening in which 2.20

which /?

Nothing is printed to stdout or stderr. It crashes with the following (mostly useless) information in a Windows error message box:
