Currently, it works this way: the education team uploads the video
with subtitles to audio-video.gnu.org (please
write to address@hidden); then you add a symlink using
/education/.symlinks; at last, you add
/education/rms-education-es.nl.ogv to make GNUN localise the URL
in the Dutch translation of the page.
