[www-pl-announce] nowy README.translations.html

Witam,

Dostałem prośbę aby wszyscy tłumacze przeczytali tę stronę:
http://www.gnu.org/server/standards/README.translations.html

W ostatnich tygodniach było kilka zmian. Jeśli ktoś jest na bieżąco z
tłumaczeniami (i czyta maile ode mnie :-) ) to nie powinno tam być nic
nowego. Jest informacja o tym co to jest GNUN, co to gettext, jakie
istnieją edytory, czym się zajmuje koordynator tłumaczeń itd.

W razie jakichkolwiek pytań, proszę do mnie pisać (lub na www-pl-discuss).

Hi,

RMS asks all team coordinators to read the new Translations README,
http://www.gnu.org/server/standards/README.translations.html,
and to ask all members of their teams to read it.

He also suggests that if in some team there is no way to make
common announcements to all team members (e.g. mailing list),
then the team coordinator should set up it.
