[Xbindkeys-devel] xbindkeys -k gives wrong output on my laptop

Dear xbindkeys developer list,

I have a problem which I suspect to be a bug. On my HP laptop running Kubuntu 17.10, xbindkeys -k (or -mk) gives output which doesn't work when input in the .xbindkeysrc file.

E.g., if I press Meta+Alt+D, I get:

    m:0x48 + c:40
   Alt+Mod4 + d

The top one (m:0x48 + c:40) seems to be wrong. It does not work when I put it in the config file. The correct combination seems to be:

    m:0x58 + c:40

This is what I had in my config file transferred from another machine, and it works.

Could this be a bug in xbindkeys?

Best regards
Claus Appel

PS: Thanks for a great piece of software! I have been happy about xbindkeys for many years.
