[XBoard-devel] gtk version

Hi

Didn't have much time to work on it lately, but I did a bit today and
hope to have some time during the next two weeks. Here is a screen shot
of a GTK "Edit Tag" window. Let me know what you think. Will upload to
git in a second, the window should work apart from the fact that "extra"
tags are not shown at the moment.
