[XBoard-devel] don't have enough time for admin-tasks anymore :(

Hi

it seems I have less and less time for XBoard lately and it doesn't look
as if I will have more in the near future... which means it would
probably be better if someone else would take over some admin tasks,
such as:

* keeping the web pages up to date and improving them
* Updating the po/pot files with the translation project
* creating release-tar ball, upload them
* do some PR tasks after a release and advertise XBoard to get more
people to contribute ;)
* ...

I will still be around and hopefully be able to contribute a bit, but I
most likely won't be able to respond as fast as I used to...

I'll also try to write some short notes and upload some scripts I have
to git that are helpful to create releases, etc. to make it easier for
future admins...
