[XForms] New pre-release xforms-1.0.94pre26

Hi,

  just fixed a few bugs I found in fdesign and tried to address
some issues with the build system for the documentation on dis-
tributions with older versions of texi2dvi (and what this in
turn uses for PDF output). So there's a new version for tes-
ting:
