[XForms] New pre-release xforms-1.0.94pre33

Hi,

    since Werner Heisch found a bug in fdesign (and then
I noticed another one) here's another and hopefully final
pre-release

The only other things changed are a few tweaks to the spec
file for creating RPMs and a hint in the INSTALL file that
one should run '/sbin/ldconfig' after a 'make install' (to
insure the run-time linker knows about the new library).

I'll probably wait for a day or two for someone noticing
something to be broken and (if nothing comes up) proceed
with publishing XForms version 1.2.
