PS: I just discovered that if I mark for export QSL IN and Locator, 
which are NOT in my log but are just before the two desired but missing 
fields, <saveastsv2> takes the form I want (eight 1, three 0, 1, three 
0, and three 1) and the export works perfectly! I get not QSLIN and 
Locator, but the fields that follow them, which I really want: Power and 
the first user-defined field.

I don't know where the problem lies with my installation, but this 
provides the practical solution that seems to work!
