[Xlog-discussion] xlog-2.0 released

This release fixes some important bugs and updates all of the language
translations. Upgrade is recommended.

Win32 NOTE:
* A first win32 binary release is distributed, which lacks the 
  following:
  - There is no data exchange with other applications.
  - Printing has been disabled.
  - There is no keyer available.
Reports are very welcome, especially about the hamlib functionality. I
don't own a windows OS, the binary was tested on linux/wine, so YMMV.
