Probably answered already, but I'm not sure what you
mean, phong is just the standard specular model, that
is also used by default in the blendershader (the
other blender specular/diffuse shaders will be
implemented in yafray in the near future), so you
don't have to do anything. You probably mean something
else like blurred reflection maybe or something like
that, in that case you will have to edit the xml file
for the time being.
