This appeared to be a completely different bug, which is fixed now.  The 
program crashed on the second command if there was no list file.

Summary:  shift and rotate with (i[xy]+nn) don't work

Original Submission:  When a shift or rotate mnemonic with (i[xy]+nn) is given, 
the assembler immediately stops and doesn't assemble the remaining code.
