This is old, so the best option is to use an old version of ada-mode.
You can download an old tarball from
https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/ada-mode.html
First scroll thru News, find a version of ada-mode that was released in
2019 or 2020. Then download that version from the list above, and
install with M-x package-install-file.
