[aspell] ANNOUNCE: Gaspell .28.5

A new version of Gaspell is out.  This version now has the abulity to
look up the definations of suggestion.

Gaspell is a Gnome Frontend to Aspell, an Open Source spell checker
designed to eventually replace Ispell. Its main feature is that it does
a much better job of coming up with possible suggestions than Ispell
does.
