Step 1) Download test2 from http://savannah.gnu.org/download/aspell/testing/

Step 2) Configure with --disable-curses

Step 3) Compile and Install

Step 4) Try Installing a dictionary

Step 5) If you have problems with configure try applying dict-configure.diff
        found in the same place you got test2

Step 6) If after configuring, you have trouble with building try applying
        dict-makefile-pre.diff and reconfigure

Step 7) If you STILL have problems let me know.
