Hi,
Having trouble installing aspell-0.50.3 on Solaris 5.8.
./configure --prefix=/misc/local yields:
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /local/gnu/bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... yes
checking for gawk... gawk
checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes
checking whether to enable maintainer-specific portions of Makefiles... no
checking for g++... g++
checking for C++ compiler default output... a.out
checking whether the C++ compiler works... configure: error: cannot run
C++ compiled programs.
If you meant to cross compile, use `--host'.
See `config.log' for more details.
Anyone seen this?
Jamie
