I don't think you'll find such list, because there are _many_ text
editors which make use of Aspell. They can use it directly, or via
Enchant, or via another tool patched (by the distro) to use Enchant.

You'd better look for SCIM-enabled text editors first, and then check
which of them use Aspell.
