Well, it will stop the TAG=`date --iso` stuff from working, but as
long as we are the only people thinking up TAG names, this should not
matter too much. What is the rationale behind it? Should the
expression become something like
'/^\([-0-9]*[0-9]\)[-a-z]*$$//-D \1/'
instead, maybe?
