[AUCTeX-devel] Changes in preview.el et al

I have reworked the format dumping code and mechanisms.  Whenever a
format gets dumped, the command responsible for it gets saved as
well.  If this command changes, the format gets redumped.

As a result, a change of TeX-PDF-mode, TeX-Omega-mode,
TeX-interactive-mode (Uh, what are the effects of that on previewing?)
TeX-source-specials-mode (well, it _could_ change the preview layout!)
will cause a new format to be dumped at next opportunity.

Should save us fatal format file errors: PDFTeX is not too happy about
non-PDFTeX dumps and so on.

I have not actually tested the XEmacs version, though.

So that is one thing off the list to be cleaned for release.
