Yes, my tex engine has synctex support (I am using the July 23 distribution of TeXLive 23, and synctex works just fine withTeXworks). Also, I tried starting up with a clean .emacs (i.e., w/o mycustom auctex definitions), to no avail. Is there something obvious I'm missing?A week of discussion? David,C-c C-t C-s just activates Source Specials (as usual), but there seems to be no trace of synctex anywhere. Is there anything else I should do to activate it? Also, are there any plans to support inverse search with synctex in the near future? (I've tried it with TeXworks's built in pdf viewer, and it works beautifully.)
Cheers, Artemio
