I can't remember if I submitted this file before. If I did, I changed
the way that the epigraphs environment is handled, because it is
essentially a new item-like environment, where \qitem is used instead of
\item

The way that I test my code is by byte-compiling and loading, and then
trying to insert the package in some random LaTeX document. It appears
to be a bit tricky to get it behave properly with the epigraphs
environment Based on latex.el, the way that I've made, it should work.

Thanks for the remarks on the other commits; I've added the
maintainer-field to this file, and run replace-regexp " +$" on this file
(I run emacs 22, so `whitespace-cleanup' gives an error for some odd
reason).
