As far as I can see, context.el doesn't rely on functionalities provided
by latex.el with respect to the current issue. So I don't think we need
de-coupling.

Do you have an idea to devide `TeX-auto-parser' into
`LaTeX-auto-parser', `ConTeXt-auto-parser' etc.? If so, I don't think
that's a good idea because that would complicate what `TeX-auto-apply',
`TeX-auto-apply-entry' etc. do. In my opinion, `TeX-auto-parser' should
be a single entity.
