Quite often I have an existing environment (macrocode, but also
enumerate and some others), where, in the middle of it, I'd want to
insert
% \end{macrocode}
% <- cursor here
% \begin{macrocode}
Maybe C-u C-c ] should do that? End an environment, open a new one
(possibly asking for the necessary arguments?).
