When you run ConTeXt from within AUCTeX you can check the command which
was used in the output buffer. The output buffer can be displayed by
typing `C-c C-l'. At the top if it there should be something like this:
Running `ConTeXt Full' on `my-file' with ``texexec --interface=en
--nonstop my-file.tex''
Does it work if you run the indicated command in the Windows prompt?
