The primary requirement for us is that it be encoded in a patent-free format.
For video, this would be Ogg Theora, and for audio it would be Ogg Vorbis. The
necessary tools for all operating systems are widely available, so this
shouldn't be too difficult, but do let us know if you are having trouble
locating what you need.

More information on the formats can be found at http://xiph.org.

Once the video and/or audio are ready, you can write to this same address and
let us know where we can download them from.
