Thanks for contacting us. I don't have anything further to add beyond using Ogg
Theora for the video and Ogg Vorbis for the audio. If it's in Ogg then we
probably won't need the DV file ourselves, and we'd be happy to host the
recording at http://audio-video.gnu.org. Let us know if you run into any
questions during the process.
