Helping people work with free formats, also having some discussion about
the site and how it works.
We could have this list be for discussion and create a separate RT
address for upload requests, but I think that's overkill. I think the
reason this one fell through the cracks is because this message didn't
make it through; also Jason improved the settings on the Savannah
tracker that's already set up.
