Hello,
The sound in
http://audio-video.gnu.org/audio/patentsvuw2009.ogg is so low that it is
practically inaudible. I fixed it by raising the gain value with Audacity,
and now I have the fixed file in my machine. Luca, should I upload it
somewhere for you?
