    tests: avoid spurious failure on older Cygwin
    
    * tests/tap-signal.tap: Sending a SIGQUIT on Cygwin 1.5 can cause a
    segmentation fault instead (sometimes at least).  Don't let this
    older bug pollute the results of our testsuite.
