    tests: more .NOTPARALLEL tests.
    
    * contrib/t/multilib.sh: yet more .NOTPARALLEL for AM_TESTSUITE_MAKE,
    found by Jim on heavier machines.
    * t/autodist-stamp-vti.sh: likewise.
    * t/java-compile-run-nested.sh: likewise.
    * t/transform2.sh: likewise.
