allow convenient library in subdirectory

Hi,

This should prevent Automake from complaining on

noinst_LIBRARIES= lvl/libhlvl.a

with "lvl/libhlvl.a is not a standard library name".

        a subdirectory by constraining only the basename to start
        with 'lib', not the whole path.
