[FYI] 'branch-1.13.2' is dead, long live 'micro'! |

Now that automake 1.13.2 has been released, the development
line for the next micro version (1.13.3) will take place on
the branch 'micro'. The branch 'branch-1.13.2' is no longer
needed (its last commit referenced by tag 'v1.13.2'), and
has been deleted.
