Ok, I have emailed the build scripts + patches to the first 5 or 6 people that
have asked for it so far. If anyone of those could post a url where they can be
downloaded, it would be quite helpful. If anyone has space for the actual 
archives,
then I would gladly upload them.  It is +- 60M bytes for all the archives.
