I think you will have too look at the datasheet of your specific device and
your specific mask revision :-). IIRC, the voltage references are fairly
unstable.
BTW: This IMHO, this is not a topic for this list.

Hi,
How accuracy is the AVR internal 2.56V reference voltage? I am using the
atmega32 and need a pretty stable reference +-10mV or so.
