No ... just let it float. It has an internal pull-up so unless you
actually need it as an alternative to /RESET enter programming mode,
then it doesn't really serve a purpose.
Plus, if you leave it unconnected you can drop in an ATmega2561 part
without worries since that pin becomes PORTG5 on which serves the
additional special function of another output compare pin (OC0B).
