Log message:
        Update the XML handling scripts for the new header and XML files.
        
        Alas, the Atmel XML files are always good for a surprise.  Rather than
        indicating a non-existent XSRAM interface by an XSRAM size of 0, some
        of the exotic devices use "NA".  The ATmega16HVA file ships with a
        vector named "SPI;STC".  Catch all that in Atmel2libc.py.
        
        Regenerate the vectortable.dox file from the updated XML and header
        files.
