In 20020630 / CVS, look in file sfr_defs.h, there are the macros
_MMIO_BYTE() and _MMIO_WORD(). Support has been added for direct
assignment to registers (i.e. PORTA |= 0x20;) and other macros such
as inp() and outp() have been deprecated.
